Before you put it on
Spray perfume, hairspray and lotion first, then dress. Chemicals are the fastest way to dull plating and tarnish silver.
While you wear it
Remove before swimming and showering where possible. Chlorine, salt water and prolonged moisture are the main causes of premature wear on plated pieces.
After you take it off
Wipe with the enclosed polishing cloth after wear to remove any residue, then store somewhere dry and away from direct light.
Storage
Keep pieces separated — metal against metal causes scratching — ideally in the pouch or box they arrived in.
